Information we collect
The Truth J Blue website is intentionally minimal. We collect personal information only in the following limited ways:
- Opt-in forms. Some pages host a form — for example the Inner Alignment Audit — where you may give us your name, email, and phone number. Where a form includes a consent checkbox for calls and text messages, we contact you only if you check it, and only about the programs, tools, and resources described beside that checkbox. Consent is never a condition of purchase, and the checkbox is never pre-selected.
- Chat widget conversations. If you open the chat widget in the corner of the site and send a message, the message and any contact details you choose to provide (such as your name, email, or phone number) are transmitted to our messaging platform (LeadConnector / HighLevel) so we can respond to you.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time of visit) for security and performance monitoring.
- Cookies. The chat widget may set cookies necessary for the conversation to work. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking pixels on this site.
How we use it
We use the information only to respond to your inquiry, operate and secure the site, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing text messages or emails to anyone who has not affirmatively opted in through a separate subscribe flow.
Sharing
We share information only with the vendors that make this site function — our hosting provider and the chat/messaging platform — and only to the extent needed for those services. We may disclose information if required by law.
Text messaging (SMS)
SMS opt-in consent and mobile phone numbers are never shared with or sold to third parties, affiliates, or partners for their own marketing purposes. Numbers collected through our opt-in forms are used only to send the messages you consented to receive from Truth J Blue LLC. Message frequency varies, up to 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
Your choices
You may email support@truthjblue.com at any time to ask us what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You may also clear cookies in your browser to remove any chat-widget state.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Intellectual property
All text, images, video, audio, and design on this site are the property of Truth J Blue LLC unless otherwise noted, and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may share links to our pages freely; you may not republish, resell, or repurpose our content without written permission.
Third-party links and platforms
This site links to external platforms (YouTube, our store, mentorship pages, and others). Those platforms have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty · limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Truth J Blue LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its content.
Changes
We may update these terms and this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

Returns & Refunds
Physical books and goods
You may return a physical item within 14 days of delivery. The item must come back unused and in the condition you received it. Returns are made by mail, and you arrange and pay the return postage — we charge no return or restocking fee of our own. Once the item reaches us, your refund is issued within 14 days. We do not offer exchanges; if you want a different item, request a refund and place a new order.
To start a return, email support@truthjblue.com within the 14-day window and tell us your order number and what you are sending back. This policy applies to orders delivered in the United States.
Digital products
Digital products are not returnable. This includes the Purpose Activation Toolkit, the Inner Alignment Audit, the Divine Alignment Blueprint, courses, and eBooks. Access is granted immediately on purchase and cannot be given back, so all sales of digital products are final.
Live sessions, mentorship, and programs
Calls, intensives, mentorship, and other scheduled or ongoing work are not covered by the return terms above. If something is wrong with an order of this kind, email support@truthjblue.com and we will deal with it directly.
Faulty, wrong, or undelivered items
Nothing here limits your rights when an item arrives damaged, an order is wrong, or a purchase never reaches you. Email support@truthjblue.com and we will make it right at no cost to you.
AI Use Policy
Where we use AI
Truth J Blue LLC uses artificial intelligence in three places: an AI voice assistant that answers and places phone calls, an AI assistant that replies to text messages and chat conversations, and AI tools we use internally to draft and organize content. AI is never used to decide your eligibility, your pricing, or your access to anything we offer.
You will always be told it is AI
Our voice assistant identifies itself as an AI assistant at the start of every call, and confirms plainly if you ask. It never claims to be Jeremiah Van Wagner or any other person. The same applies to our text and chat assistant. If you would rather deal with a human, say so and we will arrange it.
Recording and transcription
Calls handled by our AI voice assistant are recorded and transcribed so we can respond accurately and improve the service. The opening message of every call says so. If you object to being recorded, tell the assistant and the call ends immediately.
What our AI will not do
Our AI assistants do not give medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice, and do not promise spiritual, health, or financial outcomes. If a conversation raises a crisis or safety concern, the assistant stops and points you to appropriate emergency resources. Our AI assistants do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and will end a call rather than continue with a minor.
Your data and AI
Conversations are stored in our messaging platform (LeadConnector / HighLevel) and processed by the AI vendors that power these features, only to the extent needed to operate them. We do not sell this information, and we never share SMS opt-in consent or mobile phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing.
Opting out
You can stop AI calls and messages at any time. Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe, tell the voice assistant to remove you, or email support@truthjblue.com. We honor the request across every channel.
